In many parts of Kentucky and Indiana, the nearest counselor can be a long drive away. Telehealth removes that barrier by bringing the same warm, attentive care to wherever you are — your living room, your car on a break, anywhere private.
Who can use telehealth
Telehealth sessions are available to anyone physically located in Kentucky or Indiana at the time of the appointment, where Terri is licensed. It is a good fit for busy schedules, limited transportation, or simply preferring the comfort of home.
What you need
- A private, quiet space where you will not be interrupted
- A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera
- A stable internet connection
Is it as effective as in person?
For most concerns — anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions — research shows telehealth counseling can be just as effective as meeting in an office. What matters most is the relationship between you and your therapist, and that comes through clearly on video.
Prefer to meet in person?
In-person sessions are also available in West Point, Kentucky. Many clients mix both, depending on the week. When you reach out, Terri will help you decide what fits best. Request a consultation to get started.
